This programme was designed to support young people aged 8-15 and their families affected by substance misuse. Young people will be supported by trained youth workers, engaging in weekly activities designed to offer the young person a safe and supported space to develop their skills and reach their potential.

 

The family will be supported by a specialist worker who will support them to

build positive relationships and contribute to their community.

with referrals coming directly from Social Work.
